Requirements

  • You are studying economics, business law, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on organization, or human resources
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • You speak fluent Italian and good English
  • You see yourself as a service provider, you act in a structured, forward-thinking and committed manner

Responsibilities

  • Operational support of the HR Partner team in the day-to-day business and employee lifecycle
  • Support and help shape digitization and simplification projects within the HR Partner organization
  • Support for employee experience improvement projects (inclusion and diversity activities, performance management, compensation programs, change management processes, etc.)
  • Collaboration with the central HR solutions team in the Netherlands
  • Delivery of the training plan, collaborating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, especially as regards the Funded Trainings (Formazione finanziata), with special focus on talent management
  • Partnership in specific project involving HR
