About The Position

The Campus & Early Career Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. This position leads campus recruiting efforts and owns the summer internship program, serving as the go-to expert for attracting, engaging, and developing early-career talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate and intern experience—while building strong pipelines that support our long-term talent strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, campus relations, early‑career programs, or event and program coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed HR or Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for recruiting and internship‑related events.

Responsibilities

  • Campus Recruiting & Early-Career Hiring Lead campus recruiting strategies to attract high-potential students and early-career talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship and select entry-level roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR leaders, and TA partners to assess needs, manage requisitions, and deliver a consistent candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations, and represent the company at campus recruiting events.
  • Internship Program Leadership Own and lead the summer internship program from planning through execution.
  • Manage intern onboarding, programming, communications, and end-of-program deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing ongoing support and engagement.
  • Plan and execute professional development, networking, social, and recognition events.
  • Oversee all intern program logistics.
  • Program Improvement & Collaboration Track recruiting and internship metrics and use insights to improve programs year over year.
  • Gather feedback from interns and stakeholders to enhance the early-career experience.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation and training resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality intern and early-career experience.
