Requirements

• Master's Degree required; PhD, EdD, DBA, or Juris Doctorate strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong emphasis on community engagement and cultivating strategic business partnerships.

• Shape and execute the College's strategic goals as part of the President's Council.
• Participate in institutional committees and collaborate with colleagues across campuses and departments.
• Cultivate a campus culture that reflects Baker College's mission and vision.
• Lead or contribute to impactful institutional projects.
