About The Position
The Campus Director of Financial Assistance at ECPI University is a pivotal role responsible for managing the campus Student Finance Department and administering both federal and institutional financial aid programs. This position is based at the North Charleston, SC campus and is not remote. The Campus Director will oversee customer service initiatives to ensure that students seeking financial assistance receive the support they need. This includes maintaining open lines of communication with other campus departments to ensure that student needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role is integral to the university's mission of prioritizing student success through a supportive and dynamic team environment. In this position, the Campus Director will be responsible for the overall operation of the Financial Assistance Department. This includes supervising the department staff, which involves onboarding, training, providing ongoing professional development opportunities, performance management, and conducting performance reviews. The Campus Director will also be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive financial assistance services tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Promoting financial literacy among students is a key responsibility, as is ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing Title IV programs in collaboration with Student Finance Advisors. The Campus Director must understand and apply federal regulations effectively and will step in to assist students and staff when expertise is needed. Additionally, the role involves responding to University Administration reporting requests and other informational inquiries as required.
