About The Position

The Primrose School of Stafford at Embrey Mill is seeking a Campus Coordinator & Hybrid Educator — A foundational role designed for a skilled early childhood professional who thrives across front‑office administration, campus flow, culture, and classroom excellence. This is a force‑multiplier position: part front‑office anchor, part operational problem‑solver, part trusted classroom educator. You’ll help shape the daily rhythm of a brand‑new campus, ensuring families feel supported, teachers feel backed, and children experience the consistency and care they deserve. Above all, this role exists to deliver an exceptional experience for children, families, and staff—and to strengthen the broader school community.

Requirements

  • Active Early Childhood Teacher Credentials
  • 2+ years of experience in a licensed early childhood or childcare setting
  • Classroom experience infant through preschool
  • Experience with administrative, office, or operational support
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Completion of a funded AI Upskilling Plan within 120 days of hire, focused on administrative efficiency and communication support
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline newsletters, daily reports, scheduling, and other administrative workflows—freeing more time for human‑centered interactions and high‑impact initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hybrid, float or multi-capacity role within a school setting
  • Familiarity with licensing, ratio management, and compliance
  • Experience supporting staffing coverage in high-enrollment environments
  • Comfortable using school systems and digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Campus Operations & Office Support
  • Serve as the welcoming hub of the campus—managing phones, parent interactions, and daily flow with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Support daily administrative functions including attendance, scheduling, student records, and internal communications
  • Assist with enrollment coordination, documentation, and family communications as directed
  • Prepare timekeeping inputs for leadership review
  • Maintain compliance-ready child records and files as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, events, celebrations and vendor access, ensuring maintenance, repair, and service providers are scheduled, supervised, and supported during campus visits as directed
  • Conducts "campus sweeps" to ensure the environment reflects the highest standards of excellence, safety and readiness
  • Open and/or close the school as needed
  • Provides administrative and coordination support to the Owner and School Leadership Team
  • Hybrid Classroom Coverage
  • Maintain active Teacher credentials and trainings
  • Step into classrooms during staffing absences or peak ratio needs
  • Support smooth classroom transitions and consistent daily routines
  • Model Primrose teaching standards and positive classroom management
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child handling and safety
  • Staff & Family Experience
  • Support new student onboarding logistics and credential tracking for staff
  • Serve as a calm, solution-oriented resource for teachers during the day
  • Deliver warm, professional customer service to families
  • Help ensure consistency and confidence for families during operational changes
