About The Position
Kairos Academies is building a strong pipeline of campus-based leaders for the upcoming school year. Campus-based leadership roles at Kairos typically include responsibility for coaching and developing teachers, leading grade-level or content systems, strengthening student culture and routines, and executing the operational practices that protect high-quality instruction. Roles may include: Assistant Principal, School-based Dean / Director, and other school-based leadership opportunities (Middle School and High School).
