About The Position

The Lead Architect will oversee and manage architectural projects, focusing on public infrastructure, urban planning, and sustainable design. The architect will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• 1 year of managerial experience.
• Experience working within the division of public works.
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Projectmates, Adobe, Lean, IPD, or related transferable tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in interior design and building and material sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Benefits

• Salary range of $90,000 to $95,000
