Campground Attendant
About The Position
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, performs a variety of skilled work activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the campground. Duties/Tasks: · Greets and provides information to campground visitors · Enforces rules, collects fees, and perform office and clerical duties. · Performs work of moderate difficulty in maintaining campgrounds and day use areas · Daily maintaining of the grounds including, but not limited to: Mowing, litter and garbage collection. · Maintaining cleanliness of restroom and shower facilities · Performs routine facility maintenance, general housekeeping and custodial tasks. · Performs moderate level construction work on special projects and painting. · Inspect and patrol park grounds for vandalism, malfunctions or problems.
Requirements
- Basic Customer service skills.
- Basic techniques in maintenance and upkeep of facilities restrooms and park grounds
- General office procedures.
- Motor vehicle operation and repair.
- Basic practices and techniques in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
- Knowledge of mowers and equipment
