Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for a Camper Shell Sales Manager The Role: The Camper Shell Manager oversees the operations of camper shell sales and installation services. This role focuses on managing inventory, driving sales, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining excellent customer service. The manager will also lead and develop a team to meet business goals. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, accessories, or installation services.
  • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting goals.
  • Knowledge of camper shells, truck accessories, and installation processes.
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on environment

Nice To Haves

  • an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive camper shell sales through excellent product knowledge and customer interactions.
  • Assist the RV Sales Manager when needed
  • Assist and sale RV’s as needed
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and team performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and installation services.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met during installations.
  • Manage scheduling for installation services and optimize workflow for efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates and installation technicians.
  • Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with both sales and installation services.
  • Build relationships with repeat customers and encourage referrals.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain timely product availability.
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and manage restocking processes.
