Join Iterable's dynamic Global Campaigns team as a Campaigns Manager, ABM & Customer Marketing! This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career by owning two critical marketing functions: generating expansion pipeline from our loyal customer base and helping accelerate new business deals through strategic, 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. You'll partner directly with Sales and Customer Success to build and execute creative campaigns that make a measurable impact on revenue.   • Generate a consistent and predictable pipeline from the existing customer base through targeted, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Shorten the sales cycle and improve close rates for strategic new business opportunities by executing high-touch, 1:1 ABM programs.
  • Contribute to the development of high-level campaign strategies and effectively present plans to stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure alignment.
  • Act as a key marketing partner for Sales and Customer Success on target accounts, ensuring programs are collaborative and meet their needs.
  • Translate campaign strategies into detailed execution plans for cross-functional teams, outlining deliverables, timelines, and messaging to ensure a successful rollout.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify key opportunities for customer upsell/cross-sell and to research strategic ABM accounts for personalized engagement.
  • Build, launch, and manage multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns and bespoke 1:1 ABM plays designed to drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
  • Participate in and help lead regular planning and feedback sessions with Customer Account Managers (CAMs), Customer Development Representatives (CDRs), and Account Executives (AEs) to refine ongoing marketing plans.
  • Partner with our content, product marketing, and design teams to create compelling messaging and assets tailored to specific customer segments and high-value prospect accounts.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of customer and ABM campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Relevant experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated experience in either Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or customer lifecycle/expansion marketing.
  • A proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring programs that generate qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and an ability to align marketing efforts with sales and customer success objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with sales teams and presenting campaign plans and results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • A highly collaborative mindset and a history of building strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in the MarTech or Marketing Technology landscape.
  • Direct experience with the Iterable platform or other customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience using ABM-specific tools and technologies (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus).
