The Account-Based Marketing Campaign Strategist reports to the Vice President of Demand Generation. This role is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tactics to drive engagement and pipeline from key accounts lists. This role will approach ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, continually testing and evaluating the success of campaigns and tactics.

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics, including paid ads, landing pages, direct mail, and email.
  • Partner with sales leaders to research and identify high-value targets, develop a list of key accounts, and formulate relevant and personalized campaign and hand-off strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales to align on goals and strategies for account engagement and achieve pipeline targets.
  • Leverage a data-driven approach, continuously test, evaluate, and optimize campaigns success.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specializing in Account-Based Marketing for at least 2 years.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns that drive measurable results for SaaS companies.
  • Experience with integrated demand generation campaigns using multiple marketing channels and their best practices.
  • Experience with 6sense and other account-based marketing technologies.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programs.
  • Ability to create personalized and relevant campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current ABM trends and tactics.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution.
  • Creativity for developing unique and strategic campaign approaches.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative and reliability.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a knack for influencing stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for uncovering important account characteristics and delivering high quality work product.
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent understanding of ABM principles and experience planning and implementing 1:1 and 1: few ABM campaigns in past roles
  • Multifamily industry marketing experience preferred.
