About The Position

The position involves participating in building and presenting strategy presentations and post-campaign insights for influencer, content, and brand campaigns. The role requires setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok by establishing KPIs and measuring against benchmarks. Additionally, the candidate will support influencer sourcing, onboarding, and casting for each campaign to maximize campaign budgets and performance through pricing benchmarks and creative rationale. Training and educating influencers on CJ tools, platform, and product solutions is also a key responsibility. The role includes developing client-facing and internal reports by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting social and performance insights, as well as coordinating across multiple departments and teams to manage campaign assets and deliverables. The candidate is expected to be a subject matter expert within the influencer industry and paid media efforts.
