The Campaign Planner is responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers to foster account growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This involves developing strategies to facilitate all aspects of the customer's account in collaboration with Account Executives. In this role, the Campaign Planner utilizes campaign planning tools to assist in the creation of sales proposals, ensuring that all necessary components are included to meet or exceed client expectations. This includes collaborating with Account Executives to understand client proposal requirements, conducting audience research, and gathering competitive spending data. The Campaign Planner reviews final proposals to ensure they are compelling and comprehensive, providing proposed rate information based on market and corporate guidelines. Additionally, the Campaign Planner is tasked with ensuring timely turnaround of proposal requests and maintaining communication with various stakeholders, including Account Executives, Internal Sales Coordinators, Market Experts, and Clients. The role also involves supporting Account Executives in the development of client proposals, which may include creating customized spreadsheets, pricing data, and marketing materials. The Campaign Planner works closely with Clear Channel Airport markets to manage inventory for clients and assists in the renewal and management of expiring contracts. Post-sale, the Campaign Planner collaborates with Campaign Inventory Specialists and Advertiser Client Services teams to ensure effective communication and execution of campaigns, including running post-campaign reports to monitor the performance of advertising campaigns.
