The Senior Campaign Operations Manager will play a critical role on the marketing team to oversee campaign execution to drive performance and pipeline for the organization. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and work with an expanding marketing operations team to ensure campaigns are set up and tracked with a high level of detail. You will also work closely with Channel, CRM, Commercial Operation, and cross-functional Marketing teams to support campaign growth initiatives, results and optimization. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive and solution-oriented, agile, has a keen eye for detail, enjoys making campaigns come to life, has strong communication skills, and the ability and foresight to reduce project risk by developing project plans, applying rigor to timelines, and brainstorming creative solutions when obstacles arise.
