About The Position

As the Campaign Operations Manager, Tech Enablement, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Tech Enablement to oversee the development and implementation of Sephora's multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives. As a technical CRM expert, your proficiency in SQL, coupled with your familiarity with platforms such as Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks, will be fundamental in building and orchestrating dynamic client journeys. As the key bridge between marketing strategists, channel partners, and our technical teams, you will be involved in crafting and executing ways of working to enable these journeys. You will also help architect some of the more complex journeys and monitor them to identify ongoing optimization opportunities. Your role will require strong collaboration with teams, such as Personalization & CRM Strategy, Analytics, Marketing Channels (Retention, Media, and Dotcom), Loyalty, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing Effectiveness, and Data Science to establish personalized and high-impact marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Lifecycle Marketing with expertise in building multi-channel client journeys, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms and improving operational efficiency or campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic vision combined with operational execution to influence roadmaps and tactical activation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional or matrixed organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing Automation or MarTech certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive client-first thinking to ensure omni-channel campaign execution and evangelize this approach with stakeholders.
  • Deliver on the roadmap for multi-channel client journeys supporting various marketing teams.
  • Translate marketing requests into logical client journeys leveraging full MarTech capabilities.
  • Identify process improvements and journey strategy opportunities to enhance MarTech enablement.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across marketing and technical teams.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and strategize for test initiatives.
  • Provide alternative recommendations when technical limitations arise.
  • Collaborate with tech partners to optimize toolsets, data requirements, and resolve blockers.
  • Work with Data Science, Marketing Effectiveness, and Analytics teams to leverage insights for new opportunities.
