As the Campaign Operations Manager, Tech Enablement, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Tech Enablement to oversee the development and implementation of Sephora's multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives. As a technical CRM expert, your proficiency in SQL, coupled with your familiarity with platforms such as Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks, will be fundamental in building and orchestrating dynamic client journeys. As the key bridge between marketing strategists, channel partners, and our technical teams, you will be involved in crafting and executing ways of working to enable these journeys. You will also help architect some of the more complex journeys and monitor them to identify ongoing optimization opportunities. Your role will require strong collaboration with teams, such as Personalization & CRM Strategy, Analytics, Marketing Channels (Retention, Media, and Dotcom), Loyalty, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing Effectiveness, and Data Science to establish personalized and high-impact marketing initiatives.
