Mural’s Marketing PMO is the operational backbone of our marketing organization, ensuring integrated campaigns are thoughtfully planned, aligned across teams, and executed with precision. This role adds a critical layer of technical expertise to the team — owning the systems, data, and processes that bring campaigns to life. As the MarTech Operations Manager, you’ll be the connector between strategy and execution, ensuring every campaign is launched flawlessly and measured effectively. You'll empower our marketing team by transforming strategic campaign goals into scalable, data-driven programs. You’ll architect and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that drive flawless campaign execution, seamless data flow, and measurable impact across the funnel. You’ll approach this role with curiosity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership - spotting opportunities, solving problems creatively, and working closely with teammates to drive results that matter.
