About The Position

As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between our marketing strategy and flawless execution. You will own the technical setup, execution, QA and performance tracking of email, webinar, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also play a key role in improving our marketing automation workflows and campaign processes to ensure scalability and agility. The Marketing Operations team at Vanta ensures that systems, processes and data are in place for marketing to run efficiently. The Campaign Operations Manager will own the creation of campaign templates, naming conventions, campaign tracking setup and segmentation to ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly. They will ensure that campaigns are properly tracked, tagged, and synced to Salesforce, enabling attribution and performance reporting. They will also manage lead routing workflows, ensure data syncs to Salesforce, and work closely with demand gen, content and sales to make sure that every campaign is launched error-free, and on time. Your work will directly support pipeline generation by ensuring that our marketing programs are operationally sound, scalable and optimized for performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hubspot/Marketo and can build and launch campaigns, forms and landing pages.
  • Proficient in building Hubspot workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, lifecycle stage management, and campaign triggers.
  • Understand how Hubspot/Marketo syncs with Salesforce, including contact/lead syncing.
  • Familiar with building and maintaining campaign templates, UTM conventions and centralized tracking structures.
  • Comfortable creating and maintaining playbooks for campaign execution and operational workflows.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns at different stages without missing steps.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Manage campaign operations end-to-end from intake to setup to QA, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Build internal playbooks, campaign checklists and intake processes that enable us to scale campaign execution globally.
  • Own QA processes to ensure flawless execution checking links, rendering, tracking etc. before launch.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing teams to streamline execution and improve campaign speed and quality.
  • Maintain and improve operational infrastructure such as templates, naming conventions and campaign documentation.
