About The Position

As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between our marketing strategy and flawless email execution. You will own the email infrastructure that turns marketing strategy into scalable campaigns, ensuring deliverability, data integrity and automation. The Marketing Operations team at Vanta ensures that systems, processes and data are in place for marketing to run efficiently. The Campaign Operations Manager will ensure that email campaigns are executed reliably, at scale, and with full compliance. The Campaign Operations Manager’s work directly supports our team’s goals of building efficient systems, enabling flawless execution, and driving measurable pipeline impact. This person will help optimize campaign speed and accuracy, maintain data and attribution integrity, and build the infrastructure that powers our global email program.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce management, and spam compliance.
  • Experience managing domain authentication protocols and dedicated sending domains/subdomains.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Hubspot/Marketo to build global campaign templates, personalized email, and dynamic content.
  • Ability to build, manage, and troubleshoot email workflows, understand how leads flow between MAP and CRM, and can resolve sync issues or logic errors.
  • Experience in implementing opt-in workflows, handling regional compliance, and managing preference centers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage email sending infrastructure across our MAP, including authentication, dedicated IPs, and send configurations.
  • Monitor deliverability health and sender reputation.
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and flag domain issues and performance degradation.
  • Set up scalable playbooks and workflows that can be reused across programs and teams.
  • Build and manage automated email workflows for lifecycle, lead nurture, and re-engagement programs.
  • Ensure that these workflows align with lead scoring models, lifecycle stages and sales processes.
  • Partner with the analytics team to ensure all email programs are correctly tagged.
  • Use performance insights to drive ongoing betterments.
  • Own the design and maintenance of email subscription management.
  • Lead email compliance across all regions.
