About The Position

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and business growth. The Campaign Manager will take end-to-end ownership of campaign creation, execution, and performance, applying both strategic thinking and data-driven execution. You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver messaging that resonates with technical and executive audiences. Utilizing modern marketing platforms and AI tools, you will craft, automate, and optimize campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events. Your work will directly influence lead generation, audience engagement, and overall revenue impact while shaping the organization’s marketing approach and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in cybersecurity or technical B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record managing demand generation or outbound campaigns that produce measurable pipeline.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience crafting campaigns for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong data-driven mindset: capable of planning, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns using metrics.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and AI tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and AI-driven content creation/orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with campaign attribution, UTM tracking, and integrating lead sources across multiple channels.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, creativity, and ownership mentality to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining brand voice, cultural nuance, and campaign impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events, to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Develop and optimize campaign messaging tailored to target audiences, leveraging AI tools and automation to create scalable content.
  • Track and manage leads across all inbound and outbound sources, ensuring consistent nurturing and alignment with sales and demand generation teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced/sourced) and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
  • A/B test creative, messaging, and audience segmentation to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain and enrich the marketing contact database, ensuring accurate segmentation, compliance, and actionable insights.
