About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Campaign Manager to partner with our Integrated Marketing Program Directors to ensure seamless integration across teams and regions for program-relevant campaigns. This role is critical to connecting full-funnel awareness-to-demand strategies to execution, driving alignment, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a campaign expert who understands the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated marketing programs and campaigns and thrives in bringing cross-functional teams along to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel full funnel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, and field marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Program Director to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with program strategies and objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert on campaign development and execution, ensuring all touchpoints align with the program's persona-driven strategy
  • Drive campaign-level planning, integrating input from across marketing to align campaign to program goals, expected outcomes, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
  • Ensure campaigns deliver exceptional quality and align with in-market goals across regions
  • Collaborate with the Program Management & Operations lead team to align campaign timelines with program milestones
  • Work across marketing teams and other organizations in ServiceNow to align on shared goals, ensuring collaboration and effective communication
  • Drive alignment and adoption with partner teams and build strong relationships to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor and measure campaign-level KPIs
  • Partner with analytics team to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
  • Provide regular updates to Program Director on performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
