Digital LifeCycle Management (DLCM) describes the holistic approach to update customer vehicles over the air or by dealer campaigns. The role involves conducting efficient DLCM campaign rollout management, testing, and reporting of DLCM test vehicles in a timely manner to ensure no delays for SOP as well as no tow-ins and no unknown field complaints. The position requires planning and communication of necessary vehicle tests based on DLCM campaigns throughout US test stations, supporting the repairing and updating of DLCM test vehicles to ensure high quality assurance, and developing and maintaining fast and efficient communication flow with different stakeholders.
