Requirements

  • 3+ years marketing execution, project coordination or similar experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others.
  • Possess an understanding of core marketing channels; online, direct mail, retail, and on-site alternative media.
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Utilize interpersonal skills to manage relationships and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure that deadlines are met with high quality.
  • Lead impactful campaign execution planning of credit card marketing campaigns varying in complexity based on the strategic direction on product, positioning, placements, and offers.
  • Build strong relationships and partner effectively across partner lines of business (LOBs) and various stakeholders to project manage deliverables.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve the marketing execution process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
