About the position

The shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator II serves as a main point of contact for the client, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests regarding assigned shelfAdz projects. Additionally, this role acts as a bridge between assigned accounts and coordinating departments to ensure seamless project execution. The DC2 takes ownership of National CPG and Adult Beverage campaigns and acts as a subject matter expert on retailer-specific rules and processes. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier products and services to the client.

Responsibilities

  • shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely completion of client shelfAdz campaign requests.
  • Utilizes, prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
  • Initiates and answer written internal & external correspondence.
  • Responds to client's e-mail and facsimile communications.
  • Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including shelfAdz Sales, Delivery, and Product, Client Experience, IT, and other groups as needed in support of shelfAdz event campaigns.
  • Serves as project stakeholder on project work related to shelfAdz tag/sign changes, new requests and other shelfAdz projects.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Delivery Coordinator I (DC1) team members, assisting in problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Take a proactive approach toward any process improvements that benefit the team/multiple clients.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining process documentation related to National Multi-Retailer event execution workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable leading meetings and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Sales Team members by proactively addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements that align with client expectations.
  • Regularly communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and reliability.
  • Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring timely communication while maintaining a well-organized inbox for efficient workflow and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field from four-year College or one to three years related business experience and/or training in client service; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other associates required.
  • Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients.
  • Skill in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including: Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and retail and client specific proprietary software required.
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail, adapt to a fluctuating work/team environment and be flexible.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and being proactive in resolving issues are needed with the ability to react to changes in standard operating procedures and implement quick and accurate decision making.
