The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and product campaigns across different surfaces and channels. This role involves partnering with product managers, design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The coordinator will also collaborate with various internal partner teams to prioritize and stack rank requests to match delivery capacity. Additionally, the role includes managing campaign intake requests, tracking status, and maintaining documentation for visibility across stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with the analytics team to deliver insights and ensure that campaign assets, targeting rules, and personalization logic are correctly implemented. Troubleshooting campaign issues and supporting process improvement initiatives to increase campaign velocity, quality, and scalability are also key responsibilities.
