As a Campaign Coordinator at Veterans United Home Loans, you will play a pivotal role in creating, optimizing, and implementing innovative ideas and campaigns that focus on the company's realty lead generation efforts. Your work will involve collaborating with both internally owned and operated websites as well as external partners to enhance conversion rates across various milestones in the customer journey. This position requires you to work closely with fellow marketing team members to execute projects, analyze data, and leverage insights to formulate new strategies and tactics aimed at improving both mortgage and realty performance. You will be responsible for prioritizing multiple projects to maximize business value while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. In your role, you will have the opportunity to focus on specific areas such as Seller Lead Acquisition and Conversion or Lead Generation. For Seller Lead Acquisition and Conversion, your duties will include creating, managing, and optimizing lead acquisition campaigns through innovative ideas, conversion testing, and incubation strategies. You will monitor and enhance metrics and conversion data for all seller campaigns, deriving actionable insights to drive results. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain off-market property data, advocating for its use across various departments and campaigns. Your strategic mindset will be essential in developing new opportunities to generate purchase and listing real estate leads. For Lead Generation, you will optimize agent-first campaigns by creating new ideas, conducting conversion testing, and leveraging effective marketing tactics. Collaboration with the Business Development team will be crucial as you propose and implement improvements to partner campaigns. You will also create specifications and work with creative teams to ensure that marketing assets are effective, compliant, and aligned with messaging. Your contributions will not only focus on campaign execution but also on fostering a strong team culture by assisting with various duties as needed, excluding licensed activities.
