About The Position

AI Acquisition is a global leader in AI service provider enablement, combining proprietary AI orchestration tools with enterprise SaaS infrastructure. We are revolutionizing the way entrepreneurs build businesses by brokering AI tools to business owners. We are hiring a Cold Email Campaign Expert to build, launch, and optimize large volumes of cold email campaigns while developing new messaging frameworks that scale across our client base. This role is fast-paced and performance-driven, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and knows how to make campaigns win.

Requirements

• Extensive experience using Instantly AI, managing high volumes of campaigns (100+ inboxes preferred).
• Proven track record managing multiple cold email campaigns simultaneously (agency or B2B experience ideal).
• Strong cold email copywriting ability with a knack for writing short, sharp, conversational emails.
• Deep understanding of deliverability, sequencing, and domain management best practices.
• Proficient with Clay, Apollo, and enrichment workflows.
• Highly analytical, proactive, and self-sufficient.
• Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Write, build, and launch new cold email campaigns for clients across diverse industries.
• Diagnose and revive underperforming campaigns through better messaging, targeting, or structure.
• Develop and test new outreach frameworks to expand our library of proven methods.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery and senior strategists to scale top-performing ideas.
• Monitor campaign health, deliverability, inbox placement, and domain performance inside Instantly.
• Identify patterns and flag issues to the infrastructure team for deeper investigation or resolution.
• Work with the team to test and roll out new infrastructure methods, sending setups, and domain management improvements.
• Use Clay, Apollo, and internal enrichment tools to manage and validate lead lists.
• Track campaign performance and summarize insights to enhance future launches.
