Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a positive, people-focused attitude

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Google Docs/Sheets)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior nonprofit, political, or campaign experience required

Responsibilities

• Support nonprofit campaigns focused on community engagement, advocacy, and fundraising
• Communicate with supporters through phone, email, text, and digital outreach tools
• Assist with campaign events, outreach initiatives, and daily operations
• Track outreach activity and update campaign databases and reports
• Help prepare campaign materials, basic communications, and internal documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and campaign goals
• Represent the organization professionally and positively in public-facing interactions
