About The Position

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for taking reservations for Nashville Shores Lodging Department and Checking Guests In/Out. Responsible for opening and closing store procedures and maintaining great guest service for our guest lodging with us. Also responsible for cash register and cleaning store. Job Duties: Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while working and interacting with guest. Replenish camp store goods. Checking in and out guests to our RVs and Cabins. Report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance department in accordance with lodging procedures. Help keep store and all work areas clean. Skills and Abilities: Problem Solving Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information efficiently; and develop alternative solutions when needed. Technical Skills Be cognoscente of surroundings and able to respond immediately to emergency situations by applying first aid knowledge obtained during training. Communication Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manor; complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion; and able to read and interpret information quickly. Planning/ Organizing Keep assigned work area clean and orderly at all times; fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manor. Quality Control Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and able to monitor own work for quality assurance. Dependability Follows instructions and responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; complete task on time or notifies supervisor with an alternate plan and timeline; consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent. Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years of age Essential Job Functions: Occasionally = Less than 33% of time worked dedicated to the activity. Frequently = Between 33 66% of time worked dedicated to the activity. Regularly = More than 66% of the time worked dedicated to the activity.
