Varsity Camp Staff is looking for great people to join our team for competitions and summer camps. Instructional Summer Camp Staff will be expected to be successful teachers, mentors, performers and teammates. Staff will be trained on curriculum, teaching techniques, policies and procedures. Instructional Summer Camp Staff will be scheduled based on the need of events in your area. As a seasonal variable hour and/or part-time employee, your working hours will be dependent on the event worked, and the role assigned.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age.
Experienced and skilled in cheerleadering
Able to work independently and as a team, create effective solutions, onsite management skills
Ability to travel to trainings and camp locations using their own transportation and meet minimum requirements for availability during certain months.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks
