The Camp Program Manager is responsible for oversight of multiple program areas/duties and/or provides guidance, support, and work direction to camp leads and camp counselors. Examples may include but are not limited to, Tripping Manager, Office Manager, Aquatics Manager, Barn Manager, Specialty Camp Manager, Outreach Manager, etc. The incumbent provides high quality experiences for campers that focus on the YMCA core values: caring, equity, honesty, respect and responsibility.
