Camp Menogyn Program Director

The Camp Program Director at YMCA Camp Menogyn is responsible for developing and coordinating programs, conferences, and retreats at the camp, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants. This role requires a passion for youth development and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The position is residential during the summer months and transitions to a remote/hybrid model in the fall, winter, and spring. The Camp Program Director will lead a team of over 60 staff members and manage risk and safety protocols in a highly remote wilderness setting.
