About The Position

The Camp J Inclusion Unit Head (Seasonal) is responsible for supervising the Camp J Inclusion Program, ensuring that all campers have a positive and enriching summer experience. This role involves working closely with the Camp J staff to uphold camp policies, maintain a positive atmosphere, and assist Camper-Paired Advocates in managing camper behaviors. The position requires a dynamic individual who can lead and support the team effectively during the camp season.

Requirements

• 1 year of childcare experience (preferred).
• First Aid Certification (preferred).
• CPR Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day needs of the Camp J Inclusion Program.
• Assist Camper-Paired Advocates when camper behaviors escalate.
• Uphold the policies and philosophy of the camp.
• Exude spirit and maintain a positive attitude among staff and campers.

Benefits

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 35 - 40 hours per week.
