About The Position
Camp Invention Intern Report to: Camp Invention Director Minimum Qualifications: 14 years of age or older A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 interns (depending on enrollment numbers) will be hired. Interns must be enthusiastic about the camp, flexible, and able to work with children of varying ages (completed pre-K - 5th grade) in a hands-on science and math, creative environment. Responsibilities: Complete online training Stay with the assigned group of students or with an assigned teacher Keep daily attendance Move with students from group to group or assist the teacher in one module all day Interact with students and assist with curriculum activities Work with the Director and Instructors to maintain order Assist with lunch and eat with the children if deemed necessary by the director Attend staff meetings before and during the program Maintain an orderly, caring environment with supervision during all activities, including bathroom breaks, snack time, and recess. Assist with student arrival and departure times Assist with setup and teardown of camp Complete a staff evaluation Camp Dates: June 8-11, 2026, 8:30 - 4:30
Requirements
