The Camp Hope & Pathways Project Manager is responsible for the operation of Camp Hope Rockford and the year-round responsibilities associated with the camp and program. This position will partner with community agencies and organizations while supporting the families and participants through the missions of Camp Hope America and the YMCA of Rock River Valley. This position is grant funded and supports year-round, grant-funded programming. The YMCA seeks to provide a flexible, results-oriented work environment. To support the branches, programs, and people they serve, directors will be asked to spend a majority of their time on-site observing, supporting and leading. While occasional remote work may be permitted with prior approval from the supervisor, directors are required to maintain a consistent on-site presence and should not expect regular remote work arrangements.
