SENIOR CAMP LEADER
About The Position
Lawrence Parks, Recreation and Culture’s Traditional Camp is looking for camp counselors with previous experience who are ready to step into a leadership role where they will help guide their team, create exciting and fun experiences for kids and foster a fun, safe and engaging environment for children ages 5-12. Head counselors will help come up with camp activities and enforce camp policies and procedures. Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma
- Head Counselors must be available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week during camp season
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for working with kids
- Certified or willing to get certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Successful candidate will be required to pass a background check
