About The Position

What You'll Do Lead engaging outdoor and educational activities for children ages 5–14 while creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 5–14
• Great fit for college students, education majors, or teacher-track candidates
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and supervise children

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead themed activities, games, crafts, and exploration
• Supervise campers and promote positive group behavior
• Teach basic skills including safety during supervised walks
• Support daily operations, snacks, clean-up, and recordkeeping
• Follow safety protocols and City policies
