About The Position

We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camp Counselor to join our team. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of campers while providing a fun and engaging experience. You will work closely with other counselors and staff to plan and implement daily activities and programs. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred.
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lead and engage campers in a variety of activities
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
• Plan and lead daily activities and programs for campers
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
• Provide guidance and support to campers as needed
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized campsite
• Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions
