The individual will maintain a schedule for camp participants and organize various small and large group activities. Additionally, the role includes ensuring the cleanliness of the site and assisting in maintaining accurate program records, including incident reports, logbook documentation, and daily attendance. Knowledge of emergency procedures associated with the camp program is essential, as well as the ability to record and track camper dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring proper meal distribution. The position also involves mediating camper disputes, enforcing safety guidelines, responding to accidents or incidents, and attending all mandatory meetings and training sessions.
