Supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Builds members and the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s impact. This position provides direct supervision and addresses behavioral concerns to a group of children and leadership/supervision to lead and assistant staff in a seasonal day camp setting. Provides positive engagement with youth in a safe, nurturing environment with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. Provides quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
