About The Position

Responsibilities: Maintain an ongoing and clear communication with Drain Techs before, during and after work calls in order to keep an active pipeline of job referrals in play Join Drain Techs to job sites and use cameras to locate sewer and identify problem areas Professional communicate with customers while presenting multiple options for sale Close the sale based on customers' preference Maintain flexibility throughout the job to offer quality customer service and complete final payment collections Offer final close and quality control customer service Provide 3+ options to customers using the company's "Pricing Tool" Use camera equipment as needed Fill out pre and post job checklist to insure 100% customer satisfaction Pipelining pipe bursting and excavation Must have experience Benefits Paid sick time, 6 paid holidays, 1 week vacation pay available after 90 days Health, dental and vision insurance. 75% of employee benefits 25% family paid by employer 401(k) retirement plan with company match 4% match after 90 days Company vehicle and tools provided.
