Job Overview: The Equipment Builder is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, testing, and preparation of all ISG equipment. This role ensures all equipment is built to specification, meets quality standards, and is properly prepared for shipment. The Equipment Builder also maintains accurate inventory of components, performs minor in‑house equipment maintenance, and supports shop organization and readiness. Qualifications Objectives: Contribute to the team effort of delivering the best possible quality product to our customers in a timely manner Open to learning and developing new skills and cross training in additional departments to support the production team when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturing specifications.
  • Ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and facility standards.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in quality or inspection
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Spot check in process parts for quality defects.
  • Keep and package parts in order according to standard work instructions.
  • Take ownership of materials and stock levels needed for production support.
  • Train and perform Tumi remake process.
