About The Position

The Production Kitter will have the overall responsibility of quality inspection, packaging, and remake process for high quality assurance of product. Objectives: Contribute to the team effort of delivering the best possible quality product to our customers in a timely manner Open to learning and developing new skills and cross training in additional departments to support the production team when needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturing specifications.
• Ability to work well with others and in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and facility standards.
• Minimum 1 year experience in quality or inspection
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Spot check in process parts for quality defects.
• Keep and package parts in order according to standard work instructions.
• Take ownership of materials and stock levels needed for production support.
• Train and perform specific remake process.
