CVS Health is recruiting for a Call Routing Network Engineer to be part of a team of exceptionally talented engineers accountable for CVS's dynamic contact center call routing environment consisting of Avaya, Cisco, Five9 technologies, along with network carriers, AT&T and Verizon. This individual will provide technology design and support for the contact center call routing department at CVS Health. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise toll free numbers on a multi-carrier platform. Including contact center call routing support on the Five9, Avaya and Cisco platforms.
