About The Position

As a Call Chaperone Analyst, you will monitor scheduled calls between ACA's clients and experts in various fields. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements by conducting pre-call diligence, keeping detailed notes, identifying potential issues, and escalating items of interest as needed. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of topics and industries while contributing to the integrity of our client engagements. This is a part-time 25 hour per week shift /5 days per week Monday-Friday with the shifts below with remote flexibility, but required to be in the following locations: NYC/Tri-State, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Portland, ME, Boston, MA Chicago, IL, Miami, FL, Boca Raton, FL, Medford, OR, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, TX or Raleigh, NC. 9:30am - 2:30pm EST 11:30am - 4:30pm EST 3:30 - 8:30pm EST

Requirements

• Some college and/or professional work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet

Nice To Haves

• Research and writing experience
• Compliance oversight experience (any industry)
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-call diligence to understand the topic and nature of each call.
• Keep detailed notes about what was discussed on each call to allow others who were not there to understand the discussion that took place.
• Identify items that may violate the client's code of ethics or other compliance procedures, the expert network's terms of service, or could be identified by a regulator as a potential item of interest in a review.
• Research any item that was identified as a potential item of interest on a call to determine if it is worth notifying the client.
• Escalate any items of interest to the designated escalation team and be available for follow-up questions.
• Prepare written summaries of each call that may be submitted to clients.
