The Call Center Triage Consultant I is a crucial link for incoming and follow-up calls and chats from members and their families in the DC Call Center. This position involves providing assistance, education, information, referral services, and expert consultation on various EAP and work-life issues. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and maintain strict confidentiality, sensitivity, compassion, and respect for all participants.
