About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist position is a full-time contract role based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The candidate will be required to work in the office five days a week and will be responsible for providing support in a call center environment. The role involves answering calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues presented by customers. Candidates should have prior experience in a technical support role and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 6 plus months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment.
  • Basic technical skills and general technology exposure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technical support role (Level 1 or 2).
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
