We have an opening for a Call Center Support Specialist (Temporary Full-Time in Helena, MT). We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our Medicaid Transportation team. This position is responsible for answering and responding to all transportation requests, except for Ambulance, and processes requests for transportation for medical care to the point of either denial, approval, pend for review, or pend for eligibility, as appropriate.

  • Answer and respond to all transportation requests, except for Ambulance.
  • Process requests for transportation for medical care to the point of either denial, approval, pend for review, or pend for eligibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High School degree or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the healthcare industry, medical secretary, clerk, or accredited record technician.
  • Targeted Compensation of $16.00 an hour.
