About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and determine appropriate actions.
  • Answer inbound calls and address questions related to customer files.
  • Document call interactions in the CRM system.
  • De-escalate calls and provide clear solutions to customers.
  • Access CRM details to provide information about file statuses.
  • Handle situations independently and resolve conflicts with empathy.
  • Provide superior customer service and share feedback for training opportunities.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain reliability and cohesiveness within the team.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
  • Consider and share process improvement opportunities with leadership.
  • Adhere to schedules while maintaining service quality.
