About The Position

At TEKsystems, we are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to begin their career in a professional office environment with one of our local banking partners on Oahu. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service and financial operations. In this Customer Service Representative role, you will serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience.

Requirements

Ability to attend Monday–Friday training from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for the first 3 months
After training, ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, 40 hours per week
Weekend shifts required on a rotational basis
High level of professionalism with strong verbal communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with computers, internet-based systems, and multiple applications

Nice To Haves

Call center experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of communication for customer inquiries
Provide high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information
Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where customer experience is the top priority
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training requirements
