Requirements
- Experienced phone agent who is adept in both customer service and sales skills
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, listen and identify a customer’s need
- Set up new Customer's and add additional lines of service to existing customer needs
- Ability to position products and services to prospective customers
- Maintain composure in escalated situations and resolve with proper techniques
